Jon Hickman – Operations Supervisor, Lerdo Highway Transfer Point
Originally from Mustang Oklahoma, Jon graduated from Mustang High School. Upon graduation, Jon felt a call to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps. After his service and two tours of duty, Jon traveled the U.S. working in the renewable energy field. He moved to Tehachapi where he discovered a passion for agriculture while working for Simplot. Jon stands out as a guy that gets things done right on the first try. He sees his move to GAR Bennett as an opportunity to work in a family business and pursue his goal of becoming a PCA. Jon recently graduated from Bakersfield College where he completed the requirements to be a PCA. Jon enjoys time spent with his wife, Maria, and daughter, Addy. He also enjoys spending time outdoors.
